His Majesty delivered the titah while chairing the 417th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Shell Petroleum Sendirian Berhad, BSP and the 195th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Shell Marketing Sendirian Berhad, BSM for the Fourth and Final Quarter of the year 2025. The meeting took place at the Prime Minister's Office building, 9th December morning.
His Majesty in a titah further underscores the continued importance of prioritising safety, leadership, and capability development, including nurturing talent and strengthening a high-performance culture. His Majesty highlights that sustained focus in these areas will be critical in driving stronger future performance and supporting the nation's long-term aspirations.
Upon arrival, His Majesty was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy; and Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd. Hanifah, Deputy Minister for Energy at the Prime Minister's Office, in their capacity as members of the BSP and BSM Board of Directors. The meeting commenced with a recitation of Doa. During the meeting, critical areas such as safety, operational performance, financials, manpower development and business planning were addressed for both BSP and BSM. The meeting was attended by key stakeholders including Shareholder Directors representing the Government of His Majesty; Shell plc, as well as members of the respective Management from BSP and BSM. This marks the end of the Brunei Shell Joint Venture Companies and Brunei Gas Carriers Board Meetings Board Meetings for the Fourth Quarter of 2025.
